- Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished content. We are looking for fresh perspectives that haven’t been shared elsewhere.
- Relevance: Your content should be relevant to our core themes of family, parenting, lifestyle, and personal growth.
- Word Count: Aim for at least 800 words, providing in-depth insights and practical advice.
- Quality Links: Incorporate high-quality, relevant links within the content. However, we will remove excessive, promotional, or irrelevant links. You can include do-follow links to your blog or website.
- Editing Rights: The Adore Charlotte team reserves the right to edit submissions, including tweaking backlinks, headings, and images to fit our platform better.
- No Reposts: Once published on our site, the content should not be republished elsewhere, including your blog.
- No Affiliate Links: We do not accept posts with affiliate links.
- Clear, Engaging Writing: Articles should be clear, engaging, and free of grammatical errors. I prefer short sentences and structured paragraphs. Throughly edit any Ai content, I am happy to accept as long as its relevant and sounds unique.
- Formatting: Structure your article using appropriate headings and subheadings (H2, H3, H4).
- Imagery: Provide relevant, high-quality images with sources. Image ratios 16:9. If suitable images are not provided, we’ll supplement them with our own.
- Biography and Photo: Include a brief bio (around 50 words) and a headshot photo. Your post will feature these with a do-follow link to your blog or social media.
- Review Process: Expect a review period of up to 14 days post-submission. We carefully curate each post to maintain the quality of our platform.
- Sponsored Posts: For sponsored content, please contact us directly for specific guidelines and fees.

Once I have accepted your pitch, please submit your article. We typically publish your article within 14 days, pending our review and editing process. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each post aligns with our standards.
